The staff was friendly and helpful .

The room I stayed in was quite disappointing. It was filthy, with spider webs in the corners and a sticky floor. I also noticed a strong smell of smoke, which overshadowed my experience. It seemed like housekeeping completely neglected their duties, and I didn't get the comfort and cleanliness I expected.

The staff was friendly and it was econmical. Room was nice.

Cheap and convenient

They are remodling the outside and it was messy, which tracked into the rooms. Like many cheap rooms the door to the bathroom had to be closed to get to the toilet paper

Great location just steps away from the beach!

The bathroom tub needed a thorough cleaning. It was a bit grimy.

I felt the accommodations were very good and the price wonderful. Also for the price the breakfast bar was more than adequate.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful. The young lady who checked us in immediately identified that we were in town for college orientation, gave us a map before we could even ask and used a highlighter to show us how to get to the campus and stores like Walmart, Super Target etc. The other staff members were very courteous.

Excellent water pressure!

I would like a refund! The room was filthy, the toilet paper roll was used and almost gone, there were no tissues, and on top of it all, the coffee pot was broken and when I let the desk man know he didn't do anything besides pause his video game and say "oh"!

Ummm... nothing

Our Air condition did not work properly and around 1:00 in the morning our room was so hot! It was cool outside but we had a window that did not open! I was not happy it was too late to try to switch rooms because we were completely unpacked and had to get up in 4 or 5 hours to leave! Doubt if you would ever stay there again nor recommend it to anyone we paid over 100 dollars for this room coffee was terrible, shampoo was horrible…I need more than 300 words

We explored the Clegg Botanic Gardens and had fun at the Columbian Park Zoo. The location was great for our adventures. The staff was friendly, and it was solid. Just what we needed for a budget trip!

The room definitely could have been cleaner. I noticed a toenail next to the nightstand, pretty gross. A little more attention to room cleanliness would have been great.

It was close to our event. That is it.

The hotel room was very overpriced for a very stinky small room. Unable to sleep all night due to drunk partyers upstairs who were running up and down the upstairs balacony, screaming at each other at 3 am. And jumping up and down in there rooms to intentionally wake up the people sleeping in the rooms below them. After calling the hotel manager, nothing was done to remedy the public intoxication. We should have called the local police ourselves. We would have gotten more sleep if we would have slept in our car. Too bad we had to run a mini-marathon the next day. I really would appreciate a total refund. I thought Super 8 could handle the bad situation more professionally.

We have spent 1 day in queen room with hair dryer and a working TV, as for instance, everything was good. The location was comfortable - adjacent to restaurants, restaurants and shopping area, and Indiana.

The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed. Attention to detail in cleanliness needs improvement. A solid choice for budget travelers.

The staff was very helpfull and nice.

The ceiling was falling in the bathroom and debris from the ceiling was all over. There was a pile of trash under the sink when we arrived and also when we left.

Clean, convenient to shopping, dining and family

Heater was poorly maintained, needs updating. Electrical outlets were not convenient. No place to plug in laptop near desk. Too many things plugged into one outlet by tv.
